Horizontally Tracked Sliding Doors

If your doors are in reasonable working order it may be possible to add remote control to
existing 'in-line' or 'round the corner' sliding doors using a Seip garage door operator

Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge This set of 'round the corner' timber sliding doors was unusual in that they required one leaf to swing free from the guide track when closed so a specially adapted Seip electric door operator was installed and lack of clearance between the doors and the side wall for the track was overcome by partially recessing the Seip track in the plaster, 50cm of track extension was added to provide the 2.8 Mtrs of travel required for these doors.
