  | Instructions for replacing the internal 1.6A 
mains fuse on a Seip garage door operator |   
Has your Seip electric operator suddenly stopped working? 
 
The 1.6 Amp internal fuse is likely to blow when 
the courtesy lamp fails so please remove the plastic cover from 
the courtesy lamp and take a close look
at the bulb to see if the filament has ruptured.  If 
the bulb has blown it is very likely that the 1.6 Amp internal 
fuse will also require replacement. |

Disconnect the Mains Power before removing the motor cover |

Note: Seip garage door operators 
are also be protected by a 3A fuse in the 13A mains plug but the 1.6 Amp 
internal fuse normally blows first so the 3A fuse in the plug is unlikely to 
have ruptured but it is worth checking. |
