Note: some early Westland
Engineers Ltd (WEL) doors had a vertical seam down the centre with
'folded' upper side weather beads which
cannot be removed - these are unsuitable for our conversion

Once
the door is stripped of the original vertically tracked gear
it is re-installed on new Arcadian
AP100 horizontally tracked support gear |
New steel bracing plates are fitted to the bottom
corners to accommodate the new mechanism

A
completed conversion with a Seip electric operator
fitted - the door now
glides effortlessly back into the garage on its new horizontal tracks
Please Note: After conversion to horizontally
tracked operation the door will extend back into the garage
approximately 40cm to 50cm more than it did with the original vertically
tracked canopy mechanism so please check your garage for obstructions
such as an RSJ or gas meter etc. before undertaking this conversion. |

Read what our D.I.Y. customers say !
I
purchased two Arcadian AP100 door gear kits to convert a pair of Garador canopy doors.
It's good quality gear and you don't need a degree in rocket science to
fit it. Then I ordered two Seip TM60 remote controlled electric
operators. Again, excellent equipment which was straight forward to
fit and is wonderfully effective. I encountered a couple of minor
problems along the way (with my particular installation, not with
the equipment) and a phone call to Nick at Amourelle had it all
sorted in seconds. Amourelle's prompt delivery and customer service
are second to none. It is refreshing to find a company with such
'old fashioned' customer value! - Jeff Vernon; Doncaster, S. Yorks. |

I ordered
a Seip electric door opener and an Arcadian door gear conversion kit
for my canopy type garage door late on Thursday evening, the goods
were delivered next day 11.30!! I received plenty of help and
advice. And there can’t be many businesses that say ”If you are
doing the work over the weekend and need help, then just give me a
call on my mobile” All in all a great service.
